Downloading updates

Thanks to Mr Edglez (you can find his blog somewhere on my site) i am installing lord of the rings online.
but before i can play it i have to do the following
install 1st update
install 2nd update
install 3rd update
install 4th update
install 5th update
recover my username and password

each update takes about 4 hours to finish
the recovery of my username is even harder since they need the last digits of my credit card to recover it and my e-mail. but i dont have acces to that e-mail anymore, and i never used my credit card with that game.
